Not if spending your hard earned money wasn't enough but I would expect better customer service. Andrew tops the charts for incompetence and should not be in a customer service environment. I will never ever use this store again and am thinking Kay Jewelers as a whole may be losing my business in general. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
after almost a year with a ring that was screwed up and had been in the shop 6 times total , we ending up trashing the original ring and had to start over , the ring was finally fixed but they choose to put a platinum head on the main stone and after like i said i bought the ring in nov and the last time it went in in went in in july and was returned in sept so she had a messed up junkie looking ring on her finger for 3 months before it was all done , and all kay did was put a new head on and a 120 credit on the bill which i think was a joke but the real joke is kays DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I AM NEVER SPENDING ANYMORE MONEY HERE . iam a loyal person and i feel when i am treated fair i will continue to to spend my money at that company . but i think they could of done better than the head and the 120 bucks lol well i will be trading this ring in after the first of the year at another store and kay will no longer be on my radar lol i think i was treated like i bought the rings at walmart the quality is about the same to bad beldens is gone the people treated ya better , did i also mention i bought a new mens ring to match hers better and after just a few months a stone fell out of it as well pretty cheap products this post is for all the kay stores on the west side of wichita i would post the whole review but i do not have 2 days to type all that so this is the short version all in all SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE GOTTEN A GOOD DEAL AND KNOW YOUR ITEMS ARE THE BEST YOU CAN GET ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,GO TO JARRED
Will never step foot in this store again, Have been dealing with bad customer service here for 4 years since we bought my ring. Center stone kept getting loose and almost falling out and they wouldn't fix it correctly. My ring spent more time in repair than on my hand. It is a 4 hour round trip for me every time I come to this store for help. Had to call corporate to get ring fixed properly. Corporate was very helpful! Last visit waited over 30 minutes and never even got waited on before we finally walked out. Staff is slow and rude. Sit on computer instead of waiting on customers. We will be going to a different store from now on!! Gave them one star because they won't allow you to give zero stars!!
