Absolutely terrible, the staff there can only accomplish the most basic of tasks, and most of the time can't help you. They can print off an insurance card for you, but when you need information on your account, I've found they can't always help you, and instead of being able to talk to someone with a higher knowledge on your inquiry within the insurance company, you just have to accept that they don't have an answer for you. Oh, and Krystal Muci is hardly ever there(works partial days), and she doesn't work Fridays.
I'd rather pay a little more on insurance, and have a competent agent and assistants.
