We received an emergency response call from Complete Facility Solutions on a Friday evening. This was for a retail store that needed servicing in order to continue operations. I dealt directly with Brittany and it was more than obvious that she had her clients concern at heart. We were more than happy to be able to facilitate their client after Brittany's persuasive words. We would be more than willing to work with them in the future. Established a great rapport with Brittany and really enjoyed working with her. Richie her coworker was great to work with too. He did the follow up through the weekend to ensure the customer was taken care of.

I did receive the check at 47 days. My contact at CFS reached out to me to apologize for the delay and put the blame on herself not the company which was refreshing. I appreciated the email and will give them another chance.
This is a typical company who wants work done right away but could care less about keeping there end of the deal when it comes to paying. I won't work for them again.
I am a contractor from Davenport Iowa. CFS contacted me to do some work at a BAM store here. It was an urgent situation due to safety reasons. I agreed to adjust my schedule to due the work only if they agreed to pay my invoice within 30 days. They assured me it would be even though they normally pay in 45 days. I completed the work in a professional manner and invoiced the same day it was completed. 30 days came and went, then 40. No check ! I sent an email to inquire. No response.
I use this company for 1200 plus retail locations. I have used them exclusively for over 3 Years. I switched to them because the founder worked for one of the most crooked companies I have ever seen. When he realized how they were doing business he left because his integrity would not allow him to stay. He then decided to open a company where good honest work would benefit all. This company operates on full transparency. They are loyal to their customers and techs. I have spoken to many techs who taut them as good as I do and these are some of the best techs out there. For those that are slinging mud at this very honest and trustworthy company...Get out of the pig pen and do some honest work like CFS.
One of our technicians showed up and the store manager informed him that they do not have a sprinkler system. Really? My office manager contacted Brandy and Brandy apologized and said to bill for our time... which we did. I billed for a service call. After receiving the bill, this company now wants us to get a managers signature. For what? We took the time to drive there to perform a service on a non-existent sprinkler system. I'm supposed to drive there again? Get lost. These management companies are for low-baller contractors who cant get work. Good contractors do not need these companies. I should have thought of that instead of being nice to help this company out.
Landscapers - stay away from this company.. Do not sub for them. Brandy contacted my company to winterize a sprinkler system at an auto parts store south of Pittsburgh, PA that was about 10 miles away from our nearest customer. I don't care to work for management companies - and I don't need to. It is a hassle to fill out the mountain of paperwork for a few hundred bucks. Because we were winding down, I gave the office manager the go-ahead to schedule.
