I visited this place to order a replacement lamp for my projection TV. I wanted to support local businesses and I love meeting local business owners. He quoted me 140.00 dollars. I decided to look online to compare. This lamp was listed for 25 to 50 dollars. I was discussed.
Horrible customer service, They stall by giving the excuse that they are waiting for a part. Do not go to them if assigned to them request a different electronic store because the will stall for months.
I had to use them through my best buy warranty, make sure you ask for some other place besides them! they have had my tv for so long, it fell out of warranty, so they just kept sitting on it, would never call to give us updates or anything, and everytime i called them he said they emailed bestbuy and are waiting for a part........ months later, and 7 PHONECALLS later they still have our tv and argued with my husband about why they were emailing bestbuy instead of calling someone so we could have our tv back.... the owner got on the phone and and then tried to blame bestbuy, when they are the ones who have had the tv all along! stupid, illirterate, pricks just want to blame bestbuy, and are not getting their story straight! we called bestbuy and told them EVERYTHING, and they said they are not going to be sending anymore business to this place.... aparently they have had ALOT of complaints!

This was the biggest mistake I ever made. I took my 42 inch Panasonic TV to him and he had it for over 2 months. I was told he could fix it for an additional $263.00 but he said he was waiting on the part for over a month. I finally hounded him so much he said he got the part in but my screen was bad so it was not repairable. Worst customer service ever. He was RUDE and unprofessional!!
