Like I said, been there a lot. Great place to buy a bike and good service department, but I was highly offended by Mark’s remarks to us that day. We’ve yet to buy a bike and that’s why I made a fake name. Didn’t want this to be a reason to make a deal for a bike.
What a difference from the last owners! No longer smug, self absorbed, standoffish and rude, the new owner has brought helpfulness, pleasantness and professionalism. What an improvement! The building was always impressive but now the people seem to match the effort put into the appearance. Big selection of Harleys and Harley stuff, sufficient staff to actually handle a place of this size. Julie at the information hub made all the difference! Knowledgeable, pleasant & helpful, thanks Julie, I'll definitely be back!

My mouth dropped open when we came off the exit and I seen the building. Great design and so big. Inside was large also with a great selection of motorcycles and merchandise. The sales reps were very nice and helpful also. If you like HD this store is a must.
I really like Twister City over the previous management. The staff is much friendlier and not only there to sell you a brand new motorcycle. I have visited more in the last few months than I have in the last few years. Lots of fun promos too!
We were in about 2 weeks ago and looked at a bike. The sales guy was a young short kid and was very knowledgeable. Jake? We sat down and instantly got a credit app questionnaire the sales guy was filling out. We told them we don’t want credit ran, we just wanted to negotiate a price first. The worst part of the process was the manager as that’s how he introduced himself name Mark. I had heard this guy talking/cursing to an employee which was very unprofessinal. Then he comes to sit with me and my boyfriend. He says “so I guess you’ll be the one sitting on the back since you’re a girl”!!!!!! Ok. I let that go with a smile. He then talks only to my boyfriend even though the bike was primarily mine and I’ve got the better credit.
