Loved my experience at The White Dress. Very sweet ladies and super helpful with everything throughout my planning. They knew the dresses very well and my consultant was awesome! Best part is I was under budget! :) Really relaxed environment and cute boutique. My bridesmaids were able to make an appointment and we had fun selecting their dresses too. Would definitely recommend and already have to several friends.
We visited this store this past weekend as my daughter was shopping for her wedding dress. This store was lovely. The prices were reasonable, at least consistent with what we found elsewhere. (They did have some beautiful high end gowns if that is what you are looking for!) The staff was very courteous. We had a larger group and they worked quickly to accomodate us. My daughter had her own consultant (something we didn't find at all other stores!) that worked to find her THE dress. We couldn't have been more happy with this shop!
I had a bad experience at this shop. I filled out the sheet the consultant gave me upon entering and I put down a budget of max $1,000 but I said I would like to try on some dresses that were a little out of my price range. I started looking at dresses and the consultant immediately making the impression that I couldn't fit into a certain sample dress which was a size 12 and that's what alterations are for. I felt rushed through my appointment and they were rude to my friend who had her first fitting here. I suggested having her try on her dress that her mom purchased in New Jersey where she is getting married. I wanted to see the dress on her because she just had a baby and was curious how much further she had to go to fit into the dress. They continued to not be accommodating, I will not buy from them.
Said yes to the dress here! The ladies were very helpful every time I was in the store, Kelly in particular is who helped me during me bridal appointment. They were able to find me the perfect dress, which I received tons of compliments. :) I had a short engagement and that wasn't an issue with getting a dress in time and I was able to stick within my budget, which was also a plus. Alterations were simple and everything was stress free. I have already sent a couple friends in to this boutique to find their dresses for their upcoming weddings.
WONDERFUL SHOP!!! We visited several shops and should have just come here first! The staff was professional and knowledgeable. I had $1000 budget and they were very respectful of that. They pulled dresses that were exactly what I described and still within by price range. I loved that I was able to browse the dresses along with my consultant. Once I found a dress I loved, they accessorized it beautifully! I can't wait to wear my perfect dress! Thank you The White Dress!!!
