Absolutely pathetic... why bother opening the store if you can't treat your customers better than that....
First off they're not even brewing the blond roast... which they don't think they need to tell me until after I've paid and I'm waiting... then they bring out my bagel and tell me they're out of cream cheese.
Oh, and the best part... no refund offered whatsoever
Favorite place to grab a drink and draw and relax. Staff is very friendly and always working hard. Store is clean and there's a professional and fun atmosphere!
This is, by far, the absolutely worst experience I've had at a Starbucks.
**Edit** Today I went in for 1/2 price frappaccino. No caramel drizzle on the inside of my cup. ☹ But other than that I love love love Starbucks. Thank you for the awesome service and wonderfully tasting beverage!!
