The salon isn't even worth 1 star. I booked an appointment and when I got there, they had decided that my hair was too long and needed more time although they didn't ask how long my hair was on the phone.

I am a Lightning Girl for the Wichita Thunder and have had the pleasure of having Salon Knotty as a hair sponsor for the past four years. The folks there are always extremely kind and accomodating. They always offer beverages when you come in to your appointment. They will work very hard to ensure you leave with what you wanted. (They even do that for me when they only get paid tips for our sponsorship!) At other salons, there is high turnover, but that is not the case here. That says something to me. This place has given me the best hair experiences of my life!
Pam has been doing my hair now for almost a year. Prior to her, my hair was a mess and she's completely repaired it. I highly recommend this salon.
