Biscuits and gravy:

The kitchen couldn't produce our appetizers before the salad or all at once. Waitress did apologize for that, twice.

Clean your restaurant. Clean the menus. Dress professional. Act professional. (The act professional is the waitress flirting with two other girls at another table who were obviously together then hugging them as they teased and groped each other out the door. The waitress just hugged but the other two teased and groped each other. Probably not meant to be seen but it was.)

All American:

Their mac n cheese is AMAZING.. Like need a drink to follow its so rich :) A bit pricier/less casual, but worth it...would be a great place for a date.

Warm, conscientious staff.

Sausage tasted more like beef than pork.

Hashbrowns beyond crispy, straight to crunchy

The management should be replaced or retrained. We went for dinner and overall, the restaurant wasn't prepared for dinner guests.

Good portions

Over easy eggs were over medium

My husband and I went here for the first time the other day and it was the best dining experience we've ever had. We got right in and sat down. It was fast, efficient, great service. The waitress was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. He had a burger that was juicy and I had the chicken sandwich that was awesome!! We also had the onion rings that were as big as my face and the mozzarella sticks that were as big as my hand. Everything was great here!! We will definitely be coming back soon!

The only thing that I can see that is upscale were the prices.

8 in particle board would have been preferred o.O

The cloth napkins were either stained or not cleaned or sanitized properly. The plates were dirty (2 out of 3).

Awesome taste. Pretty good.

Wonderfully protected ( heated/cooled), smoking allowed, sports TV on, people watching, moderately poured drinks, enjoy your time to yourself outside patio.

I added salt & more salt & I began contemplating heart disease and asked for a to go box :/

If a manager would have stopped by my table then I would have shared everything with him. Otherwise, I will go through the whole service and post my brutality honest review.

We were taken to a booth and the menus and table top stuck together. Menus needed cleaned and so did the table top. The hostess flicked a crumb from the bench as we were seated. There were several nasty crumbs between the bench seat and wall that was an indication that it hasn't been cleaned or vaccumed for months. The floors had crumbs over it too. We sat two booths from the door. So in that short area we walked over crumbs. We even came what I thought was early for dinner. Two hours later and I would expect a few crumbs.

I've had Domino's pizza, before the upgrade, with more flavor than this perfectly cooked steak.

More than likely not going back. I thought this was an upscale place but I wasn't impressed and pretty much disappointed.

Sat outside.

WAFFLES!!!!!!!

Gravy was better than standard fare.

( Ordered 2 waffles. That's two orders. Two waffles per order. Waitress discounted one order because she understood my request)

The restrooms seemed clean but were out of hand towels for drying our clean hands. Back to being prepared for dinner service.

Not bad. Some of the food was not cooked to order. They were nice about. Decent atmosphere with polite staff.

The other plus was the beer cheese dip. That was really good.

My kids kept commenting about how or why the waitresses were wearing shorts.

Bottom line... if I'm paying $65 for good food and good service in what is supposed to be an upscale and classy place but what I get is Denny's type food and service then I am not happy.

The food was okay but overpriced by about 25% for the quality and value that you got. The beer was good. I bought one local beer. It came in a can and I poured it myself into the glass (That was clean) and it cost only $2.50 so that was a plus. About the only plus to our experience.

Ordered MR steak and over medium eggs.

Waffles:

Beautiful decor.

The food...
