I'm giving this Branch one star because it doesn't let you give it to zero Stars. The assistant vice-president of the financial center David Litton should be fired. He is very rude unknowledgeable all I asked to do is have him notarize my signature. He refused even though I presented to documents a driver's license and a US passport he still refused to notarize my signature even though two days prior a teller who was also a notary notarized the same exact document with my signature on it. She would have notarized my signature again but David Litton talked her out of doing it. I've been to Bank of America branches in four different states and this branch is absolutely horrible David Litton should be fired.
The gentleman at the entrance deserves a raise. I came in today 07/29 at 11:30am and there were only 2 tellers, long wait but I understand. The white lady on the far right takes me and was absolutely rude! I tried to explain to her how I bank with the military so there is no banks in person, it's all online and she just kept insisting I take it into a bank that doesn't exist. She was making me feel like I'm stupid for taking it there when I don't know where to take it because there's no damn bank to take it to! Somebody put her in check and tell her she needs to fix her tone and attitude. Thank you to the nice man at the entrance who helped me figure it out and got me my money then and there with no problems.
Female daytime manger was disrespectful, rude and unknowledgeable. Never banking here again.
Slower than snails! Seriously sat in commercial drive through lane and watched the tellers not even turn around! Waited over 5 minutes, no one ever offered to even acknowledge I was there, drove off. This is the closest branch, but I am willing to start driving to the next one 5 miles away to avoid this ridiculous waste of my time! Actually, almost ready to take all my accounts to another bank altogether!!
The slowest experience ever. I make deposits for the business I work for so I do not have a choice in banks. They are nice but never seem to have enough help. My typical wait time is between 12 and 18 minutes.
For me, there is probably a better way but I am too busy waiting in line to ask what that might be.
