The experience flying in and out of this airport was great! Customer service was awesome! Definitely will fly here than anywhere else.
Incredibly disorganized airport. There was only 1 TSA agent at the first point of security, so it really didn’t matter if you were PreCheck or not. In fact, the “regular” line moved way faster. On the bright side, the rest of the airport was spacious and clean with a few restaurant options. Unlike most other airports now, finding a place to charge your phone can be challenging.
We are most grateful to Tom in your baggage service department. He helped locate our bag, communicated with the St. Louis airport, expedited getting it on flight to Eisenhower. He also told me what to do at the St. Louis end to get help in locating the bag. Huge thanks to Tom and all of you at the Eisenhower Airport in Wichita, KS.

In and out....short visit here on business, checked bags were quick and rental cars are a short walk across to parking garage. Have to pick up keys at counter instead of a booth outside would be my only knock.
