They do not answer phone the phone nor do they return phone calls when you leave a message.
I've have quote a few scam calls and emails, since my number is everywhere online due to having an online business. It's always scary, but this office ALWAYS answers the my calls to verify, there has rarely been a wait time to get a real, intelligent and kind person on the phone who goes above and beyond to explain the call and offer help. I've lived in Florida and Arizona, and dealt with multiple Tax Offices, no where else has there been as nice or helpful or responsive as this office.

Great place, just confirmed it was a Scam of a robotic female voice pretending to be the IRS which said, "We are filing a law suite against you."
